Who operates the site

The site is operated by I AND I RECORDS LTD and brings together the activity of ALON DE LOCO, I&I Records, licensing, bookings, A&R, content and digital products.

What information we may collect

• Contact details provided in forms: name, email, company or project and enquiry details.
• Sign-up and account access details, where enabled: name, email, country, user type and the verification/Session data needed to run Member Access.
• Professional information needed for Booking, Sync, Licensing, A&R, Press or partnership requests.
• Materials the user chooses to send for professional review.
• Basic technical information generated when using the site or third-party services, to the extent those services are enabled.
• MY VAULT and request history may be stored locally in the browser via localStorage until deleted by the user or the browser.
• In Preview mode only, a test profile/Session may also be stored locally. On the Production site, a verified account opens only through a connected authentication service and not on the basis of localStorage alone.

Purposes of use

Handling the enquiry, reviewing rights and availability, managing the business relationship, making an offer, providing a service, security, business records and legal compliance. Fields marked as required are needed to handle the request; there is no legal obligation to provide them, but without them we may not be able to handle the enquiry.

Sharing information

Information may be shared only to the extent needed with service providers, professional advisers, rights holders, producers or partners connected with the request. We do not sell form details to data brokers. Third-party services may process information under their own policies.

Marketing emails

A business enquiry is not automatic consent to receive advertising. Marketing emails are sent only in accordance with the law and subject to separate consent where required.

Retention, security and rights

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, for record-keeping and to protect legal rights, subject to the law. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law grants such a right. We take reasonable security measures, but no system guarantees absolute security.

Minors

Commercial routes, licensing, A&R and engagements are intended for adults or for those acting through an authorised representative. Do not send a minor's personal information without proper authority and consent.

• Professional brief information for booking, sync, licensing, A&R, press and partnership requests.
• Materials you voluntarily submit for professional review.
• Basic technical data generated when using the site or enabled third-party services.
• MY VAULT and local request history may be stored in your browser using localStorage until you or the browser clear it.
• In Preview mode only, a test profile/session may also be stored locally. In Production, verified account access is enabled only through a connected authentication service and not by localStorage alone.

Purposes

We use information to respond, assess rights and availability, manage business communications, prepare proposals, deliver services, protect the site, keep business records and comply with applicable law. Required fields are needed to process a request; you are not legally required to provide them, but we may be unable to process the request without them.

Member Access and account

Access to professional actions may require email verification. A verification link is personal and must not be passed on. Opening an account does not automatically grant access to private materials, licences or files. The operator may limit or suspend access in case of misuse, attempts to bypass access controls or breach of the terms.

No automatic deal or right

A REQUEST or SAVE button, MY VAULT, submitting a form, an initial quote or displaying a product do not create a contract, licence, Hold, exclusivity, permission to use a work, a commitment to perform or a commitment to deliver. A commitment is created only by an explicit written document or approval from an authorised party, and subject to payment where required.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, distribute, edit, reverse-engineer, scrape, train models on the site's assets, commercialise or create derivative works from materials owned or controlled by the operator without permission. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

A&R submissions and ideas

Unless an explicit NDA was signed before delivery, there is no confidentiality obligation for materials sent for review, no obligation to listen or respond, and no exclusivity. The sender declares that they are entitled to send the material and that the submission does not infringe any rights. Submission itself does not transfer ownership, but allows the operator and its staff/advisers to review the material for professional evaluation.

Links and third-party services

YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram and other services are controlled by third parties. Their availability, terms, privacy and operation are outside the site's control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided as is, with no commitment to continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The site is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory provision that applies to the user. Disputes will be heard before a competent court in Israel, unless the law requires otherwise.

Use of the site

Use of this site is subject to these terms. Content, pricing, availability, credits and business routes may change. Site displays are not final commercial commitments.

Member Access and accounts

Professional actions may require email verification. Verification links are personal and should not be shared. Creating an account does not automatically grant access to private materials, licenses or files. No automatic transaction or rights grant

REQUEST, SAVE, MY VAULT, form submission, an initial quote or a product display does not create a contract, license, hold, exclusivity, permission to use a work, booking commitment or delivery obligation. A binding commitment arises only through explicit written approval or agreement by an authorized representative and, where applicable, payment.

Intellectual property

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, train models on site assets, commercially exploit or create derivative works from materials owned or controlled by the operator without permission. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

A&R and idea submissions

Unless a specific NDA is signed before submission, submitted materials are not subject to a confidentiality obligation, there is no obligation to review or respond, and no exclusivity is created. You represent that you have the right to submit the material. Submission does not transfer ownership, but permits internal and professional-adviser review for evaluation purposes.

Third-party services

YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram and other external services are controlled by third parties. Their availability, terms, privacy and operation are outside our control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as-is without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Law and jurisdiction

Israeli law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to the user. Disputes will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in Israel unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A request is not a licence

No use of a master, composition, lyrics, Publishing, Stem, Sample, Demo, video, image or trademark is authorised just because the material appears on the site or because a request was sent.

Rights review

Before approval, I&I may review ownership, control, credits, partners, writers, publishers, masters, third-party consents and territorial restrictions. A use may require additional approvals outside I&I's control.

What an approval must include

When a licence is granted, its scope is set in the written document: the work and version, type of use, media, territory, term, exclusivity, permitted edits, credit, consideration, reporting, delivery and any other terms. Anything not explicitly approved remains prohibited.

Sync

Audiovisual use may require separate approval for the master and for the composition rights. Do not publish, edit, synchronise or distribute before all required approvals are complete.

Samples, Stems and Producer Tools

Access to a file does not grant a licence to publish. Specific pack terms prevail over any summary on the site. Use beyond the licence requires additional approval.

A&R / Hold / Placement

Access to private material, a Hold, a song placement, a Buyout or exclusivity are valid only after written approval. Until then I&I may continue to present or negotiate regarding the material, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Pricing and availability

Any pricing or status shown on the site is not a commitment until final approval. Availability may change due to rights, files, third parties or changes to the project.

A request is not a license

No master, composition, lyrics, publishing, stem, sample, demo, video, image or trademark use is authorized merely because material appears on the site or a request is submitted.

Rights review

Before approval, I&I may review ownership, control, credits, collaborators, writers, publishers, masters, third-party consents and territorial restrictions. Some uses may require approvals outside I&I's control.

What a license must define

Any granted license is defined by written terms covering the work/version, use, media, territory, term, exclusivity, permitted edits, credit, fees, reporting, delivery and other conditions. Anything not expressly granted remains reserved.

A&R / hold / placement

Private access, holds, placements, buyouts and exclusivity are effective only when confirmed in writing. Until then, I&I may continue to present or negotiate the material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Price and availability

Displayed price or status is not binding until final written confirmation. Availability may change because of rights, files, third parties or project changes.
